Theraputic interchanges, what is house stock, how to package each prescription, ect. Once everything is set up it is easy to use. The features within the software are unmatched. FrameworkLTC helps us track our profit and loss, we can put rules in place to minimize loss on problematic dugs. The perpetual inventory and forecasting have made purchasing a breeze with less waste. ECM has been a game changer for us in making our pharmacy paperless the day we went live. While there are a lot of features I still am not aware of how to use, nor do I need to use for my purposes, I find FrameworkLTC user-friendly. The suite of products and interfaces provided by FrameworkLTC allow us to safely and efficiently serve our residents and their teams. Long Term Care pharmacy requires attention to detail and the abilty to provide care to many residents in a limited amount of time. Their software allows us to do this by providing a user friendly solution that utilizes high end logistics. Their support team is always available and has improved tremendously over the years. FrameworkLTC is a great software to work in because of the complex levels of customization. This software can automate a lot of different processes that make managing large numbers of facilities much easier. I strongly recommend taking the time to learn the different functions within FrameworkLTC to unlock the vast potiental of this software. The support from SoftWriters is above and beyond. The learning curve for FrameworkLTC is high. This may be a con to someone that wants :"easy to use" software. Because of this learning curve, users that aren't trained can very easily cause problems with the system if the administrators do not have a firm grasp on permissions and functions.
