Design of database is very helpful to allow users to obtain customized management reports. **What do you dislike about FrameworkLTC?** Total cost of ownership is relatively high. In many cases, our on-site IT and operations team submits thorough bug reports - including programmatic solutions - to the support team. Support capabilities are fine for basic questions and problems but are not generally helpful when more complex issues are encountered. Accounting solution (Sage ERP 300) is archaic and data synchronization process is slow. **Recommendations to others considering FrameworkLTC:** Ask very detailed questions during evaluation and specify your requirements in as much detail as possible. Understand that the product - as-is - is exceptionally capable and flexible, but know that customized programming does often take some time as developers respond to requests from many different customers. Be sure to have your internal IT systems updated, maintained, and personnel readily in place to address any infrastructure or hardware issues. Invest as much as budget allows in following SoftWriters' recommended specifications for hardware.
