I’ve been using Framer as a product designer, and it completely changed the way I build websites. Before, I always needed backend or dev support to get anything live — now I can go from idea to published site entirely on my own. That independence has been a huge shift for me.
The hosting has been super reliable, pages load quickly, and I didn’t have to worry about technical setup. SEO tools are built in, which made it easy to make my site discoverable, and connecting analytics was straightforward too. What really stood out though was the customer support — whenever I got stuck, they were fast, helpful, and honestly made me feel like I wasn’t working alone.
Overall, Framer has unlocked a new way of working for me. It’s not just about speed (though going from design to live site in days is amazing), it’s about confidence. I know I can design, build, and publish without depending on extra resources, and that’s a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I had to mention a downside, it would be that sometimes I wish Framer had a few more built-in features out of the box. As a designer, there are moments where I think, “It’d be amazing if I could just do this directly inside Framer.” But the good part is that their customer support is always open to feedback — I’ve shared ideas and felt heard, and you can see the product improving continuously.
