It helps a director or a producer to have a look at the dailies of a shooting day. Everyone in a film production can have access and see how long the ingesting of the proxies is going to take, or watch the footage, or even write comments. It is very helpful for a film production. I always use it in my job. I am a video editor assistant and I upload proxies or daylies into Frame.io for the Director, Producer, DOP, and editor. I like that it is very safe.
