This allows the same link to show the updated video without requiring access at the web interface to send a link. The interface is clean and straightforward for client reviews with no experience on the platform. The customer support whenever I've noticed a small bug pop up has been great. They are super responsive and always follow up with an answer or note potential features. **What do you dislike about Frame.io?** I feel like 4k playback when skipping around in the video is kind of buggy. I'd like to see the option to add clients into the review process without paying for a user. Basically someone that is registered to a project or folder and can login or receive notifications of new videos. They don't need to have upload ability or anything else. EDIT: The software seems to have become more and more bug ridden over the past year. The easy solution is to blame Adobe. The software will log me out way to often and usually I don't know I've been logged out until the export finishes and stalls on uploading. I've gone through cycles trying to login where it won't authenticate. The solution seems to be to fully quit the program and start it all over again with a fresh login, but it's becoming borderline annoying. The issues are challenging to troubleshoot. **Recommendations to others considering Frame.io:** Try out the free account, install the plugin and go through the process. It should be relatively quick to see the convenience of the platform. **What problems is Frame.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Frame.io drastically improved a couple of issues we were having with our organization. First, it eliminated people taking rough versions of videos that we had uploaded to our cloud storage to share and using them. It seemed like inevitably over a year; someone would take a version that wasn't truly final and use it. Now all work-in-progress videos reside on frame and only final versions get stored in our cloud storage. The other thing it helped simplify was the review process. So often, we would get remarks about taking out a clip or clips and not know which clip they were referring to in the comment. Now, those comments are attached directly to the clip, eliminating confusion and reducing the number of edits. Clients seem to also like the review process and there haven't been any complaints. ### 43.
