**What do you like best about Fracttal One?**

What I find most compelling about this software is its ability to handle large volumes of equipment efficiently. It enables you to manage maintenance tasks in a sequential and organized way, ensuring that all the criteria you establish are met.

**What do you dislike about Fracttal One?**

One thing I dislike is the lack of a feature that allows you to display, in table format, how each team is managed and whether the guidelines are being followed as requested. This makes it difficult to clearly see compliance and management details.

**What problems is Fracttal One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to monitor the working hours of each piece of equipment in my plant is very helpful for me. It allows me to ensure that maintenance tasks are carried out as soon as the required number of hours has been completed.

**What do you like best about Fracttal One?**

I find Fracttal One to be an incredible maintenance management tool. It's very interactive and easy to use and teach. Its simplicity makes it complete for planners and offers a simple interface for technicians. I appreciate the integration of data with the SAP PM module. I've noticed improvements in labor availability, resource allocation, task distribution, and being able to include photos as attachments. I enjoy the ease and interactivity in creating, editing, and permanently recording maintenance plans with quick traceability. I also value the real-time maintenance indicators and the quick, simple access it offers from anywhere.

**What do you dislike about Fracttal One?**

I don't like that the asset can't be edited in a work order. It's something that could greatly help maintenance planners. Sometimes, the customer opens the service request by selecting the wrong asset, and after the order is generated, we cannot change it. If it were possible, we wouldn't have to cancel the order and generate another one. The initial setup of Fracttal One wasn't that easy, but it worked.

**What problems is Fracttal One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fracttal One for maintenance management, integrating data with SAP PM, improving labor availability, and resource allocation. It solves service order distribution and provides real-time maintenance indicators with quick access.

**What do you like best about Fracttal One?**

What I like most about Fracttal One is its versatility, allowing me to do a wide range of tasks across different areas. As a warehouse manager at the company I work for, I truly appreciate how the platform handles product inventory and stock management.

**What do you dislike about Fracttal One?**

What I don’t like is the complete loss of information when the internet connection goes down if the data hasn’t been saved. I also don’t like the process required to register a new product in the warehouse.

**What problems is Fracttal One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving my warehouse and inventory issues. I had tried using other warehouse platforms before, but with Fracttal, I’m completely satisfied with how it handles everything.

**What do you like best about Fracttal One?**

I appreciate the ease of implementation and integration of assets, production inputs, and the ease of opening and closing maintenance orders with Fracttal One. It's really helpful because I don't need to rely on other sectors to control the supplies. The initial setup was so easy, and overall, I find it amazing.

**What do you dislike about Fracttal One?**

Nothing

**What problems is Fracttal One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fracttal One to control due dates for maintenance, streamline asset integration, and manage supplies independently.
