**What do you like best about FP2?**

FP2 is flexible, you can pay for as many or few modules as you need to meet the needs of your department.

**What do you dislike about FP2?**

User interface is a bit dated and could use a refresh.  Tech support only available during business hours.

**Recommendations to others considering FP2:**

Compare packages with your needs, you can get a basic package and pay to add on only the modules you need.

**What problems is FP2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing all fire department records from training to maintenance, this has significantly reduced the number of paper records needed and has streamlined compliance with maintenance and firefighter certification.
