What do you like best about Foxy.io?

Josh from the Foxy team has been a total fountain of support and knowledge while I was trying to figure out the landscape of Webflow + Foxy eCommerce (I'm not a developer, so the landscape was a bit foggy!). Multiple emails were answered with patience and extensive sharing of information - pointing me to video + written resources when available, and custom answers where there was not. We have used Foxy on x2 projects integrating with Webflow and it's helped us create very unique cart and checkout experiences for customers. The problems were being able to have a very customized sales flow that looked beautiful in Webflow, but also had a seamless checkout experience. Foxy allowed us to achieve this. What do you like best about Foxy.io?

The best part of Foxycart.oi is the customer service. I had an issue getting our donation page ready for an event and the foxy cart staff had me up and running in a matter of hours! Super helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Foxy.io?

This software has greatly improved our ability to create custom discounts for customers, as well as the quality of our customers' shopping cart experiences! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Foxy.io?

While we can set many types of discounts, we are as yet unable to provide free shipping as an incentive to customers--and given that we give free shipping for many of our promotions, it's been a hassle trying (and failing) to find workarounds. Also, since our stock is composed of individual ISBN titles, we'd appreciate more versatility in limiting the field of which titles receive discounts--currently, it must be done manually.
