**What do you like best about Vigil?**

The real-time error grouping and insights make it easy to track down exactly what went wrong and where. I’m particularly impressed with the uptime checks and escalation workflows, which ensure nothing slips through the watch. The frequent feature updates show how dedicated the team is to making the product better. Vigil has not only improved our response time but also helped us reduce downtime by nearly 50%, leading to higher customer satisfaction.

Helps in monitoring the errors and address it promptly, significantly reducing the downtime. Scheduled Health checks helps in notifying us if our systems are up and running.
