I use Foxit PDF Editor for adding logos and watermarks to documents, and it allows me to add logos within a few seconds even if the PDF is hundreds of pages long. The user interface and user experience are very comfortable, making it easy to navigate through multiple options, PDFs, and menus. When I add a watermark, the editor provides multiple options like using an image or text, and I find placing the image logo at the correct position extremely efficient with the current format. I rely entirely on Foxit for watermark purposes because it is far faster than other tools we've tried. I need to add different logos to different files; I tried the option to save the logo image, but it did not help me a lot; so every time I have to choose the image and change its dimensions. The UI did feel a little overwhelming at first, but it's very similar to the office ribbon layout, so I quickly adapted it. We use Foxit as an MSP and find it fits our and our customers' needs at a fair price point.

I've had no performance issues at all. It's easy to set up and install. The administration can be a little more complex, but nothing that those used to products can't handle.

To be critical, it would be specifically as an administrator of the product. It took me a while to really get to grips with the control panel.
