Been using Adobe for years but there was an issue with my legacy program (15 yrs old) that they would not help me with ... so I found FOXIT, and IMHO, it is a better user experience than I had with Adobe. Anyone who does not want to pay adobe exorbitant costs WILL be happy with FOXIT ... at least same and I think better set up if you use some of FOXIT's shortcuts and use the task bar effectively. I know you will hate me saying this, but in the first moth / 6 weeks I've used FOXIT haven't found any weaknesses. I use it for editing pdfs, creating images and so on, and haven't come across any issues, except (maybe) that some of the tools are difficult to find on the menu bar where all the functions live. As the software coordinator for our company, managing Foxit’s licensing and seat assignments can be challenging. The system presents multiple reference numbers, identifiers, and codes that often feel redundant or unclear. This abundance of similar‑looking data makes it easy to get tangled in the details, and even after careful review, it can still be difficult to feel fully confident that you’re interpreting the correct information. A more streamlined and transparent licensing interface—ideally with consolidated identifiers and clearer mapping between licenses and assigned users—would significantly reduce confusion and improve administrative efficiency. What i like best about Foxit pdf editor is its ease of use and clean interface. Even as someone who works with pdfs daily i found the ease of implementation within our workflow very smooth. It has a great number of features from editing text and images to advanced form creation and e signatures without feeling overwhelming. The ease of integration with cloud storage tools and other productivity apps makes collaboration simple. I also appreciate their responsive customer support which helped us quickly resolve a licensing query. What i dislike slightly is that some advanced tools can feel a bit hidden in the menus at first. Also compared to lighter pdf readers it can sometimes takes a little longer to load very large file. What I like most about Foxit PDF Editor is how fast and lightweight it feels. It opens PDF files quickly and does not slow down my system, even when the file size is large. Foxit PDF Editor offered the best tools editing and creating PDF document for desktop software version, loved how simple it is to change some text details on PDF article or to separate every document page into individual file. It also provide us with tools like format converter to convert from XLS to PDF and retain the same layout, add industry level password encryption to protect sensitive document, and ready-made template to create flyers, resume or infographic. In addition, Foxit PDF Editor is facilitate for professional PDF management to create, edit and manage business document to ensure all its content is within industry standard. One thing that I dislike about Foxit PDF Editor is when add new printer to the computer, setting won't find the software instantly, I need to manually add the software. My experience with Foxit PDF Editor is positive because of how easy they allow access to the software from desktop software and web-browser apps, it gives flexibility to edit PDF document from various devices. My favorite tools is for file converter that convert from different format to PDF, e-signature to fill and sign document digitally (especially contract), and page splitter to split large document into several section, I can use all this tools from software and saved time from juggling between several tools. Furthermore, Foxit PDF Editor allows for quick integration with OneDrive, any PDF document that is saved on my computer is automatically uploaded to the cloud storage, less manual upload that saved my precious working time. I don't have too much dislike experience with Foxit PDF Editor, if I really do have to complaint, I would like to see smartphone apps is introduce, it would be helpful and quick if we can edit and read PDF document instantly on mobile phone without relying on laptop or PC. When I was editing a very large document, which utilized various different fonts, after I completed editing and exported the file, the fonts on the last few pages were missing their original formatting. By searching through Foxit's documentation, I found that the solution to this problem was to embed the fonts directly into the PDF prior to exporting.
