I haven't used any new features, but FoxIt has still been very reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Purchasing and renewal could be better, especially if there was an auto renewal feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is the most advantageous thing to me with Foxit eSign is that it makes the process of getting approvals so easy. I send contracts on a daily basis and being in a position to track progress and give remedies keeps the ball rolling. Multicasting with cloud storage makes sure that the documents are stored and shared in the right manner. It has streamlined my work process by ensuring that signature management is less stressful and predictable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The problem I do not like about Foxit eSign is that certain customizations in templates and workflow are limited. In situations involving complex documents, I use workarounds to work around the documents and this makes it slow. These limits have not paralyzed my working, but they have to be accompanied by additional verification, which introduces a little inconvenience during the rush hour. I like that Foxit eSign appears to be user-friendly on iOS, and it helps that clients of many ages can figure out how to sign documents because the app restricts what they need to do. This is important since most people seem to have iPhones or iOS devices. The setup was super easy. I also appreciate the fact that it was a logical choice for my business since I didn't have to relearn a new program and can easily teach others how to use Foxit products quickly and effectively. Being familiar with Foxit from a previous job was beneficial too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like the email envelope that Foxit sends for my documents. I would like an option to use the Foxit PDF signature app without any mention of Foxit or other entities. Most clients seem confused when a Foxit email comes instead of my work email because they anticipate fraud, phishing, etc. Preparing clients to look out for 'email from Foxit' takes time and is a whole conversation. The thing I like the best about Foxit eSign is that we can use it for all different kinds of forms, whether it's something in-house or something that we send out to people outside of our organization. They're secure, so we don't have to worry about breaches of information or anything like that. And they're easy to use for all of our people that don't typically know how to use technology very well. I also like that they have fields that you can set as required, so we don't have people skipping required fields. Overall, it was pretty easy to get all the forms set up in there. Occasionally, the formatting of the documents kind of gets messed up a little bit. I'm not sure why because when we upload the documents, they are in a PDF format. So they're already established. But we've had a few times where the W9 form that we have uploaded and used gets some of the fields rearranged and moved around, and I'm not sure why. That's one thing that could be improved. That's the only issue that we've ever really had with Foxit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part of Foxit eSign to me is the ease with which the eSign can integrate into my current workflow. I also use it rather frequently throughout the week because it integrates well with Gmail, as well as our document storage system, meaning that I can transmit contracts without leaving apps. I find it easy to use, which is a huge victory since I am not required to elaborate to colleagues. The features count is sufficient to make signatures run fast. The primary reason why I sometimes don't like Foxit eSign is that certain complex functions seem to be somewhat limited when I attempt to personalize documents. Those restrictions manifest themselves more than I would prefer since I use it quite frequently. Customer services are pleasant, and occasionally the lines are long when I require quick services. It has not ruined anything significant, but it certainly creates a drag at the time when there are a few contracts accumulating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Foxit eSign is easy to use and integrates with their Foxit PDF Editor. I can edit a PDF on my computer and from there request others to sign it, meaning that from the same document editing I can initiate the signing process. Additionally, the initial setup is simple and doesn't require much effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dimension of the 'envelopes' is strange, at least I didn't understand it very well. The 'Envelopes', or envelopes, are supposed to be the complete flow of the signature, but I didn't understand how I could eventually buy more, maybe it was just me, but what I read wasn't very clear to me. Perhaps a better explanation would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the mobile app and how smooth the signing process is on my phone. The reusable templates and bulk/Mega Sign feature save me so much time when sending multiple similar documents. Also, the recent UI improvements feel cleaner and faster compared to before. It’s a lightweight yet powerful alternative to heavier tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally, loading larger documents can be a bit slow. However overall it is still very solid Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it easier to use than Adobe, both in terms of its features and the overall platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have experienced a few problems, such as people receiving the same notification several times in a single day. Additionally, yesterday I was shown a message saying I don't have a license, even though I do. My IT team is currently working with the company to resolve these issues.
