It took me a while to figure out how to put my signature on documents. Some of the features are difficult to figure out the first time you use it. I think if there was an easier way to ask it questions and see how to get my signature on a document, how to undo the signature, and how to put text on here, that would help. A lot of it, I had to use ChatGPT to try to figure out how to do. I couldn't figure out how to put my signature on a document that I needed to send somebody without emailing myself the document to sign. It took me a while to figure out how to do that. And then once I clicked the button that puts my signature places, I didn't know how to deselect that button so that it would stop trying to put my signature anywhere I clicked. I wish Foxit eSign was a little more affordable with multiple users at the same time. It takes a little time to get used to it. I would like the very form or any item sent over to be automatically resent the very next day if someone does not sign, irrelevant whether it's a business day or not. Once I send a document, I want to be able to go back into the document and make changes and resend the document like DocuSign. Foxit is not as user friendly in this area, unless this feature is available and I just need training. Also, some features are difficult to figure out how they work, such as the radio buttons. In Docusign you add a radio button, and it gives you a group of them, so you don't have to manually group them. Also, I noticed that once I put a physician in the system as a signer, they disappear after a while.
