What I also like is that it fits nicely in Microsoft 365 as you can send signed documents directly and store them. But the legally binding esignatures and the feature to build reusable templates have been a big time saver. In some ways, it has enabled us to close deals and have our internal documents done quicker than we did before, as well. **What do you dislike about Foxit eSign?** A problem I have with Foxit eSign is that when processing larger files the processing is sometimes a bit lagged and slowed down the signing process. Also, the user interface can be more up to date and easier to use, it takes a little bit of time for new team members to understand how it works. These issues cause a little delay when it comes to time sensitive documents or training new users. And this takes more time to produce complex reports which can be tiring auditing or reviewing. **What problems is Foxit eSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Foxit eSign, we have been able to completely remove the manual printing, signing and scanning process of the approval process. By using real time document tracking and legally binding electronic signatures through Foxit eSign, we cut costs and save time. It takes out the necessary printing, scanning or faxing of documents that save on time and other resources. It performs well and has a lot of similiarties to other products. The eSign product is limited to an individual and does not perform across a team of people. That requires another purchase. Putting all the products together to be centrally managed would be the most productive route. There should be no need to add extra cost so that signed documents can be collaborated on by different indivduals in the same organization. Contacts, contracts, address books and signing history cannot be easily shared across organization users without an extra purchase. When I select a text box for clients to fill in information, they all leave that blank - but signature boxes are always filled in. I also feel that when it sends me the document to sign for the agent portion, it does not look like it's coming to me for a signature - it looks like I am being copied on the request for the client signature - so I miss signing the document in a timely manner. I also feel the comment request box you fill in with a message for the insured is rather confusing. Can it just mostly be a blank box to begin with... that I can type whatever note.... rather than having either a prefilled box or haveing to switch to a box I can fill in, but have to type over other wording? **What problems is Foxit eSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Foxit is taking the place of Adobe sign - which was easy to use.
