Saving contacts has been helpful as I regularly send documents to the same people. I've used another service previously and the cost for Foxit eSign I find to be competitive with Foxit providing many more envelopes per account. **What do you dislike about Foxit eSign?** The only thing that I think would be helpful is combining multiple signed PDFs into one file. I send out contracts and usually have a few different files to include with each one, and with a previous service I used, I could combine the PDFs into one file to save the signed document easily. I also wish there was a way to remove the underline for the initials. I don't need the initials underlined, so I want to be able to disable that. Another item that was brought to my attention by one of the regular people I send documents to is that they wished it would automatically move to the following field rather than having to hit "next" each time. **What problems is Foxit eSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Foxit eSign allows me to get my contracts and change orders signed in record time compared to when I used to email them out and wait for the company to send them back to me, and it never failed. I have never had it that it didn't work.
