The features are excellent. **What do you dislike about Foxit eSign?** The only complaint is that once an email is added, then it pulls up in a dropdown, but there is an additional pre-fillable dropdown that overlays the dropdown with the list of matching emails. When we first started using it back in March of 2020 it was very user friendly for our customers using it. **What do you dislike about Foxit eSign?** To many unnessary updates that made it no longer user friendly. I didn't like how you used to be able to upload any kind of document (word, pdf etc) to send out for esign but then it was changed to you could only upload a pdf. **What problems is Foxit eSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solved our problems for getting consent forms signed electronically back in the start of the pandemic when the world was shut down but we were open. **Official Response from Micah Ragan:** > Hello, I hope you are doing well.
