I appreciate the feature that allows for multiple signers, as well as the option to enforce a specific signing sequence. The interface is user-friendly, and uploading PDFs is a simple process. **What do you dislike about Foxit eSign?** Based on our experience, the customer support and service have not met our expectations. Each time we've faced an issue, we've found ourselves needing to follow up multiple times simply to receive a response. On some occasions, we haven't received any reply whatsoever. **What problems is Foxit eSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Foxit eSign enabled us to send contracts and other documents to customers for signature easily and quickly. ### 2. My company pays for access to eSign, yet the function DOES NOT WORK IN THE APP. I am forced to logon to the web version and upload my document in order to obtain a signature, which is an unnecessary and inconvenient extra step. I like that you can add custom predefined text and easily add dates, initials, etc. **What do you dislike about Foxit eSign?** I feel that a signing application needs to be widely used for it to be useful. Most people use Adobe for e-signing and would therefore expect that you digitally sign using their documents. In most cases you can simply use the basic Fill & Sign feature, which it seems is trying to be dissuaded from despite being exactly as useful in most situations. **What problems is Foxit eSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** E-Signing is a create way to sign documents, I love that these days not everything has to be done with pen and paper. I prefer the Foxit reader over Adobe, it generally provides a less buggy and more user friendly experience and that holds the same with eSign. ### 9. Then when it brings me to the feature, it seems like a very cumbersome process and never saves my signature for next time. It would be so much easier if Foxit just saved my signature up in the tool bar somewhere and I could just click on it whenever I wanted to insert it somewhere. **What problems is Foxit eSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't know that I'm solving any problems. It's usually documents that need to be signed. The benefits are much cleaner documents than having to print them out, have someone live sign them, then scan them. ### 11. We are "forced" to upload the document to the FoxIt servers, while we have no information (no guarantee) they comply with GDPR, for instance. The signing process itself is not very intuitive, most likely because of the "multi-signers" option, enabled by default.
