They really streamline the process when a residents policy ends or is cancelled, so we know all tenants are covered at all times - no matter what. **What do you dislike about Foxen?** My only complaint is that the integration with our software has an issue that prevents us from having the lease ending charge reflect on the account correctly. We must manually email Foxen to have the final charge prorated for each tenant or send a move out report. **What problems is Foxen solving and how is that benefiting you?** Foxen ensures all residents always have coverage, meaning we don't have to assume financial responsibility for any residents negligence. ### 2. Foxen takes over verification, but they make themselves completely unavailable for residents to contact and ask questions when their policies are inevitably denied. This all ends up back on the plate of the property to figure out, explain, and resolve, which is the whole point of using a service like Foxen. **What problems is Foxen solving and how is that benefiting you?** Insurance verification.
