FOVATA is web-based document data extraction software for business teams. It converts PDFs, scanned documents, and images into Excel spreadsheets and uses AI to extract selected fields into a defined output structure. Users describe the fields and row rules they need in natural language, then review the resulting spreadsheet. Recurring extraction requirements can be saved as reusable templates. Example workflows include invoices, purchase orders, packing lists, customs declarations, air waybills, bank statements, receipts, and contracts. FOVATA helps teams reduce repetitive data entry and spreadsheet cleanup. Extraction quality depends on document layout and source quality; users should verify important fields against the original document before using the export.
