Fournil is a complete bakery management software built for artisan bakeries. Founded in France, Fournil serves the specific operational needs of the €15B bakery sector with an all-in-one platform covering sales, inventory, reporting, and team management. Key features include an offline-capable mobile POS that works without internet and auto-syncs on reconnect, FIFO inventory tracking with expiry date (DLC/DDM) alerts and real-time shrinkage monitoring, automated gross margin and break-even reports, and role-based team management for owners, managers, bakers, and cashiers. Fournil helps artisan bakeries reduce stock losses (industry average: 5–15% of revenue), eliminate manual spreadsheet work, and make better daily decisions. Available on web and mobile, with a free plan to get started.
