The addition of being able to share the link so that the customer can watch it themselves helps in minimizing the constant back and forth for information as well. I like the tracking features and being able to provide live updates or give links so our customers can follow up on tracking as well. It's a very nice feature. FourKites has helped me track my shipments more accurately and minimize the daily email traffic. In my case, Fourkites does not have Plant codes listed for me to filter or directly search. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? They solve the ETA accuracy problem that we experienced with carriers. With FourKites we have more accurate and informed ETAs. Delivery confirmation was also an issue that Fourkites has solved with their Geofence tracking. I enjoy that FourKites has updated information every few minutes and how easy it is to filter what you need to see. The dashboard is also neatly organized into important timely funnels. I would have to say that there is not much I dislike about FourKites but the down side that I dislike is that a load cannot be tracked for ETA if there is any disruption in a typical workflow such as the load not being set up prior to being picked up in order for regular and timely load updates. FourKites will be able to solve and eliminate a great deal of time that we currently spend chasing carriers for ETA's so that we can provide to our customers. FourKites is an excellent real-time transportation monitor platform that has allowed our company to increase efficiency and transparency in logistics optations. Its user interface is easy to use and will let us see the location and status of all shipments and driver and vehicle information in real time. I love the authentic way it combines artificial intelligence, geolocation and data analytics to give us real-time visibility of each load and the valuable ability to predict arrival times. Another aspect I would like to highlight about FourKites is its ability to integrate with other transportation and logistics system tools, including TMS, ERP and supply chain management systems; this allows us to leverage information and improve inter-departmental collaboration significantly. It is an excellent transportation monitoring tool that provides many advantages and disadvantages, such as high costs and a long learning curve for some users. Among the benefits we have gained from FourKites are the real-time visibility of all our shipments and the advantage of seeing in real time the location and status of our shipments; the use of artificial intelligence to predict arrival times and optimize logistics operations; the availability of a wide variety of data analysis tools that allow us to optimize operations and improve transportation efficiency and its ability to integrate with other transportation and logistics tools will enable us to take full advantage of the information and increase transportation efficiency. Mainly the peace of mind that FourKites has given us when transporting our merchandise regardless of the destination. It is an easy-to-use platform worth mentioning and thanking the same. It has a knowledge base that offers learning modules where you can continue to learn new features of the platform to enjoy the same results with greater strength and confidence. It has a support team that is always attentive to finding a solution to any concern or inconvenience that may have arisen at some point as users. We liked that FourKites has created a kind of online communication forum with other customers. That way, they discuss and clarify essential issues of tools provided by the platform that ends up helping or solving any mishap that a user may have encountered and so far has not been able to solve. Few things I dislike; however, we consider it very useful that the mobile or remote platform that the carriers download has a translation tool since not all speak English. Undoubtedly one of the most significant benefits we got thanks to the FourKites platform is greater peace of mind when transporting goods; with this platform, we are in constant communication with the carriers, and we can address and seek a quick solution if necessary at any time. The ability to track and monitor the loads being moved is essential because, in the same way, we can realize when there is a delay in the load and the reason for the delay. FourKites is unique and special software to carry out supply chain-related activities with many automation programs that make daily work easier and faster. I love the visibility I find at the time of the ROI of the cargo instantly; the tracking it allows me to give helps us to increase efficiency and ensure the generation of higher margins. Its user interface is good, quite acceptable and does not generate losses for the users that navigate it. It is integrated with many TSMs, which is valuable for us because we get information on the current state of the market, and it allows us to have better planning.
