Their tech assists us in capturing leads that would have been lost. Their system also provides a very advanced follow up tool that runs on its own, it emails customers regarding any price drops in the vehicle/s that they were looking at while also serving up other similar options. It captures their visits to our website and alerts us if there's no new activity in our CRM related to that specific prospect, oftentimes the lead had been marked "dead" after months of inactivity. This platform has been very useful as a tool to help us monitor our website traffic, as well as obtain customers that may be in a very early stage of the sales funnel. Occasionally, starting a campaign can be slow with results for the first couple of months. However, this isn't a fault of Foureyes. Usually, the campaign is running like a beast during the trial period, and you truly get a feel for the depth of Foureyes. As a customer of Foureyes through Adpearance, the billing process could definitely be simplified.
