We also used the integration with Hubspot in order to export these lists. It worked ok but did not see an obvious difference between Kickfire and other similar products such as Clearbit Reveal (that we have as part of our Drift Pro subscription). The interface is simple. **What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?** The product features are very limited, the interface is not very intuitive, and the support is non-existent. I felt like we were on our own with this product all the way up to the point where we cancelled it, but it only got worse there. Support is terrible. Billing is awful. After canceling the subscription, Kickfire continued to bill us for "overages" instead of actually closing the account because the code snippet happened to be installed on some pages on our website. I've never heard of this happening with any other product. In terms of quality of data, it's near impossible to judge, but it doesn't seem to be better than Clearbit Reveal, which we get as part of our Drift subscription or ZoomInfo insights. Stay away. **Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:** Just don't. Plenty of better products out there. **What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lead scoring and helping to build an ABM list of target companies. Honestly, did not really see a benefit out of it. Features and functionality feel rushed and the UX should be prioritized. **What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Verified audience targeting with ad campaigns. KickFire allows us to go beyond generic awareness KPIs and focus on optimizing towards the right audiences based on ad group performance. ### 3. We get about 17% correctly identified. **What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?** We ran into 2 issues where the company tried to charge us for things we did not use. The first they credited us for, the second we have had to dispute with our credit card company. Given these practices, we cannot recommend KickFire to other companies. **What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Identify some business users based on IP address. ### 4. Despite numerous requests to speak with a manager, I was only directed to and threatened by a billing manager. **Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:** Beware — we have no login credentials and never heard from this company until the bill was due.
