I recently attended a training session on the Foundit job portal, led by Neethu, as part of our Talent Acquisition team at Capgemini. The session was super informative and easy to follow. Neethu explained all the key features of the portal, from posting jobs to finding the right candidates quickly, in a way that was clear and practical. I especially liked the hands-on demos and the chance to ask questions, which made it easier to understand how to use the portal effectively. The platform itself is intuitive and will definitely make our recruitment process smoother and faster. It is easy to navigate and search for jobs on Foundit. The platform has efficient filters that allow the user to narrow searches by industry, location, or even experience. I like that the site offers recommendations for jobs in which I am likely to be interested depending on the skills I have. It makes the CV review process very easy and saves time. It also has so many filters which gives us accurate results. We have option to find within years of experience and skills we required.
