Foundation IP is not at all intuitive. Even after a year and a half of use and some training, it is still difficult to use. You need to invest a huge amount of time in figuring out how to navigate the system. Our engineer inventors hate using it and it is actually an obstacle to invention harvesting. Sending messages from FIP... there needs to be more formatting options and a preview selection. The emails do not look like they do before sending.
