The Hospital uses iPads (batons) which staff have to log in and out via the settings.

Fotoware posses great functionality in the assistance of organising work, based on type and purpose. This allows users (in my case a medical photography department in an NHS trust) to work on multiple 'jobs' at once with no chance of confusion, speeding up work rate. It has a very user friendly interface, which helps train new members of staff rapidly, and even though we can have numerous people working on varying jobs throughout the day, errors are a rare occurance. The editing option offered through fotostation is limited , and is generally not worth it, though can be used for basic manipulation such as image rotation and brightening. It would also be beneficial for an internal job management system to run alongside Fotostation and Fotoweb, but an external one can be used with no real issues.
