I signed up for a trial in 2023 using my PayPal, and to the best of my knowledge, I cancelled it. I haven’t tried this service since 2023, but they’ve been charging me $8 every month since. I finally noticed the charge, being that it’s small, but it certainly adds up. Watch out for these international companies! They will not give you a refund and don’t care that you actually never used the service. This is how they make money, by scamming hard-working Americans out of their money. Please take your business somewhere else, and if you happen to need to use them, cancel right after you subscribe for the free trial. The subscription isn't clear, and it's tough to cancel it. The generated images are really primitive, and the assistant is rough and unhelpful. No matter how detailed the prompts are, I can't get the results I want. Sometimes it tells me everything is clear, but then shows a 'new' photo that hasn't changed at all. Plus, every attempt to generate uses up credits, so I have to keep paying. I'm really sorry I spent money on it. **What problems is Fotor Photo Editor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fotor Photo Editor didn't help me. The subscription is unclear and hard to cancel. The generated pictures are primitive, and the assistant is unhelpful. I have been trying for four months to get my refund. When you send a request you get an automated response that they are not in the office. I have sent refund requests every week with the documentation and they have yet to refund me. Do NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. There are a dozen other companies that you can choose from. I should have read all the reviews on this company before purchasing. **What problems is Fotor Photo Editor solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are NOT solving my request for full refund of the executive level. When I sent a request, it is always an automated response that they are out of the office. This has been going on since July 2023. There is not phone number attached to reach a human being. ### 7. The ai enhancer, background remover, and ai enlarger are very good. One of the best I've seen. However, features are not everything you see when you want to commit to subscription. You want to know if your money is actually worth anything to them, support is good, and what the company says is what it really does. Unfortunately, this is NOT the case with Fotor. **What do you dislike about Fotor Photo Editor?** A company without any marketing ethics. They want you to signup for a free trial if you want to download your creative which is fair enough. You signup hoping you'd be able to evaluate the service before commiting to subscription. So you've now signed up, given all your details, you want to download the creative to present to your boss to justify the subscription. Guess what do you find? You cannot download the creative unless you signup for subscription. Excuse me! Wth happened to my free trial? They've got a really good product, but the deceptive marketing killed it for me. There's a thing called marketing ethics. People at Fotor have none! So who got scammed? Its you! You never got your "free trial", could not get your creative which you've created spending your precious time, and on top of that you now have given them all your details which they'll use to litter your inbox with spam mails. Would NOT recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs. There's no shortage of good competing service providers. **What problems is Fotor Photo Editor solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ai features at fotor can really help you save some serious amount of time. But will you actually? Unfortunately, their marketing strategy will likely waste yours plenty. ### 8. That is all. **What do you dislike about Fotor Photo Editor?** The end result is photo editing is mediocre and not at a professional level. **Recommendations to others considering Fotor Photo Editor:** On top of the fact that their product did not help me and I barely used it, they're customer service is even worse. They put me on a recurring payment schedule without me knowledge then no email reminder to allow you the opportunity to cancel. They then put through the transaction and then notified me after the fact like all other companies I have dealt with in the past. After trying to dispute, they said they could not offer a refund. **What problems is Fotor Photo Editor solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solved none of my problems. The software is mediocre and I had to outsource for someone else to do the work. ### 12.
