The overall user experience was seamless and our guests were very pleased with how easily they could access their photos. A standout feature for me is the accuracy of the face recognition, which worked impressively well in identifying and organizing attendee photos efficiently; this made it easy for people to retrieve almost all of their photos. Additionally, the ability to upload thousands of photos within minutes is exceptionally commendable, significantly reducing the hassle usually associated with large event photo management. Finally, the ease of setup was remarkable, thanks to the helpful team who onboarded us swiftly and were readily available for any queries, making the implementation process very smooth. **What do you dislike about Foto Owl AI?** I find the video upload limitations frustrating because it restricts the ability to work with videos in the same seamless manner as with photos. This is particularly inconvenient for events where video content is also important. Moreover, the face recognition feature works only on photos currently. Expanding this capability to include videos would significantly enhance the tool's utility and versatility. **What problems is Foto Owl AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Foto Owl AI to efficiently distribute tens of thousands of event photos to attendees, solving a major distribution problem and enhancing our event experience. ### 2.
