Forum GRU is software dedicated to handling citizen requests. Through a customizable portal, citizens can interact with local authorities to report various issues, such as public asset damage, code violations, and more. On the other side, Forum GRU offers a centralized platform for agents to manage these requests. Priorities, responses, blockers, and a knowledge base are all accessible in one place, making the agent’s work simpler and more efficient. Forum GRU is enabled for FranceConnect authentication, like most of gouv.fr applications. In addition, the unique features of Forum GRU seamlessly connect data and human interaction with the wider information system—making it a true “no-brainer.” To go even further, you can explore www.gallery.blueway.fr, a space where you’ll find free predefined workflows ready to be used and adapted. This resource helps organizations accelerate implementation and gain immediate value from proven best practices. If you are looking for a solution to digitalize and streamline citizen demand management, you are in the right place! Forum GRU is already trusted and used by several local authorities and metropolitan areas in France, confirming its reliability and value in real-world environments. Blueway Secteur Public is a brand of Blueway Software dedicated to Public Sector and Government.
