It saves time, reduces confusion, and makes day-to-day work feel more organized and manageable. Also, it solves the issue of disorganized and hard-to-find documents by providing a secure place to store and manage all files, which eliminates time wasted searching through emails, shared drives, or paper records. I appreciate the quick search, version control, and automated workflows that reduce manual work and mistakes in document handling.
