Implementation was easy and the overall platform is easy to use. There are numerous features for training and reporting. Their customer support team is top notch and resolved any minor issues we had. There really aren't any downsides to Terranova security other than managing the white listing of the phishing sights and that has nothing to do with Fortra's platform. When they get caught in simulations it proves to them that they aren't as secured as they though they'd be. But also the fact that we can easily customize users and simulation, all the information are easily accessible apart from my point of dislike. When you want to view user status in a simulation in details you can't open the user in a new tab and it's annoying! I'd like to be able to middle click on the user that I want to see in details and then go to those tab without having to always click and then go back. It's a detailed but it does matter to me. Well it's for another company so it's not going to be relevant that much to me. But for the users it gives them the knowlegde they need to face those phishing emails and more. I actually learn something too about the different types of phishing and how to better identify them. I've been working with Terranova for many years, not only at FX but also in my previous professional experience, and have always been impressed by the ease with which I could find a solution to my problems together with Terranova's Team, by the agility and by the excellent advice and support… - Terranova Platform: We find the user interface intuitive and user-friendly - The training modules are translated in French, so they are ready to be launched - The phishing simulation templates are constantly updated and they can be quickly modified and tested to suit our needs But what I appreciate most is the ease of interaction with our main contact at Terranova (Tanya F.). Easy to use, Quick formation, We have a contact personne who help Us so rapidly. All of our employee everywhere in the world like to use it and everyone learn something. We have some mail reminder for those who forgot to take de formation or the quiz and the variarty of the way to learn its very appreciable. And to give everyone the same formation and information on every subject its very difficult for us because we are very small in Canada. The fact that each employee have acces with his mail is very simple. So we can assure that the majority of the people who have access to our intern information and data have a formation on how to respond to fraud or corruption on electronic. The content offered by Terranova Security is relative and easy to comprehend. We've never had an issue with any SCORMs being uploaded to our LMS. We like the opportunity to have the option to download SCORMs to use in our LMS or use Terranova's platform. Our customer success manager and account manager have been great helping us figure out licensing and providing us with timely responses to all of our questions. At times, we find the graphics a little out of date but i understand that it is on Terranova's roadmap. Also, the catalog with it's numerous courses can be overwhelming. Perhaps offering preconfigurated Learning Paths or Journeys on a specific topic that will include all types of learning (courses, microlearning nanolearning etc).
