FTS integrates easily with Cisco's Email Security Gateway appliances. And, has easy to set up documentation for enabling email provisions for your unique company email domain. You can also easily integrate your Active Directory to the cloud platform to federate your users for emailing and for authentication for user click reporting. This tool enables us to educate, train, and raise awareness of the latest trends in bad email extortion techniques. it has made our users more wary of email and qhen to click on content in emails. I am mostly using the simulation functionality and I am quite happy with that. I like they way a simulation is built using a step-by-step approach visualized with tabs. I dont like that there is no easy way to copy and re-use and existing template that I have built. I basically have to copy and paste email and feedback templates which is unnecessary.
