No need to manage different systems, everything is in one place. I can capture customer information on the machine and it automatically saves to the cloud based platform. Super easy to use, no headache! **What do you dislike about Fortis?** I think some more features or options to handle customer database would enrich the product further! **What problems is Fortis solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has really helped us capture customer data and now all information about customers and associated sales is in one place. ### 2. It was just a matter of clicks and our customers started getting discounts. The best part is that i can share the loyalty program easily with customers through QR code and even online links. **What do you dislike about Fortis?** Right now the loyalty program is cumulative, i would like to see more options and different types of loyalty programs. **What problems is Fortis solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has really boosted our repeat purchase.
