What I like best about FortiGuard Security Subscriptions are the reliability, the peace of mind, and great (fast) customer service & support I receive. Since FortiGuard Security Subscription are incorporated as a bundle product the lack of initial options to customize their range or even tho the subscriptions plans i.e 4 years of subscription before your appliance completes its life-cycle, I really don't like that inflexible scheme of the product licensing. I would prefer to have the chance to customize the services on premise.
