There isn't much that I don't like to be honest. One thing I would like to see is a better explanation for the reasons that a customer's card may have been declined, perhaps by hovering over the cause. For some of them, I need to research it on Google to find out what the decline reason might mean to better explain it to either a customer or one of our agents. Forter has a philosophy of not using block lists. This has been detrimental for us when we have specifically known fraudsters that we want to block out of the system.
