I like that Forter is relatively easy to use. Searching for transactions via email for our customers is seamless and quick. Figuring out the issue for our customers is made more accessible by getting immediate results and easy-to-understand reasons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Forter? There isn't much that I don't like to be honest. One thing I would like to see is a better explanation for the reasons that a customer's card may have been declined, perhaps by hovering over the cause. For some of them, I need to research it on Google to find out what the decline reason might mean to better explain it to either a customer or one of our agents. We sometimes have customers who are unable to complete a payment on our website or in our app, and we use Forter to see if we can find out the reason why. Often, it has to do with their credit card is declined for one reason or another, and it helps us to understand what is happening so we can figure out how to help out customers better. We are trying to identify repeat fraudsters and fraud rings that operate across multiple different channels and markets. So far the chargeback rates have maintained a lower trend. The only complaints we've had is regarding integration with our site following migrating to the newest version of our platform. Easy onboarding and training of our data for transaction fraud. Forter's chargeback protection made it a no brainer to sign, as it was lower than our overall fraud rate and provided instant coverage. One of the best customer service teams that I've worked with across all vendors. What do you dislike about Forter? Forter has a philosophy of not using block lists. This has been detrimental for us when we have specifically known fraudsters that we want to block out of the system. Using Forter, we've significantly brought down both transaction fraud and chargebacks as a percentage of revenue; a huge success story for us.
