It is a collaborative platform that facilitates communication between our consultant and the supplier. The questionnaire has built-in intelligence that assists with cross-checking of information responded to by the supplier. Depending on the supplier's response to the question, the platform provides recommendations of what evidences are to be provided by the supplier for the consultant's review, reducing the consultant's time on and focus during the review. Not much that i dislike about the platform except perhaps it does not enable uploading of documentary evidence. However, this may be a positive point as well from a security perspective. Using this platform reduces the time and hence the cost to the client for each review.
