Forsta Surveys (formerly Decipher) has robust survey tools for building simple to complex surveys. I enjoy the variety of question types, logic, and customization that is available. Sometimes there are surprising limitations that seem unnecessary, but the platform does allow for custom XLM coding to make it more unique. Overall the UI is outdated and clunky. There is a steep learning curve to learn the "quirks" of the system. I think the product team should dedicate some serious time and resources to updating and refreshing the UI to make it cleaner, drag and drop, and better button layouts. Sometimes the layout of the page cuts off words or dialogue boxes. Also, sometimes the widgets you drag and drop mess up the XML coding on the back end so you have to go edit the code to fix the error. Also, the reporting features are quick week.
