## About Forsite
Forsite answers the questions commercial property teams get asked when something goes wrong: who was on site, were they compliant, was the job approved, and what have we done about the risk? Contractors and visitors check in on their phones using QR codes, geofencing or an on-site kiosk. No induction, no entry. Site teams can see who is on site right now, which is exactly what you need during an evacuation, an incident or a complaint. In the web portal, H&S and FM teams run the rest of the loop: supplier onboarding and prequalification, insurance and certification tracking with automatic expiry follow-up, digital permits and work orders, hazard and risk registers, incident management, audits and corrective actions. Everything draws on one set of data, so reporting holds up from a single site's attendance log to a board-level risk profile. Forsite is built for organisations that manage commercial property as a portfolio of sites with contractors on them: facilities and property managers, health and safety teams, and the consultants who advise them. Most customers start with contractor check-in and compliance, then add permits, risk and incident management as an audit, an incident or portfolio growth demands more. Forsite is developed in New Zealand and used across commercial property portfolios in New Zealand and Australia.
