It is easy to use and integrates very smoothly with the parent process. This platform has its intelligent form extraction technology, which really makes data processing very easy and saves a lot of time and reduces manual errors as well. The interface is so user-friendly that even a beginner can handle it without requiring lengthy training. The responsive customer support team also adds on to it. The disadvantage with FormX.ai is that, although it boasts a multitude of strong features, its customization options for complex data extraction can sometimes fall short. Some unique use cases may also take longer to set up than others. What do you dislike about FormX.ai? When using FormX.ai I observed that when extracting data from Government ID / Passport, the extracted data sometimes is not very accurate. The best part is about the ai that they used to convert the inserted images or the raw data we gave. It converts the images and provides the data in the requested formats. It sometimes cannot clearly understand the image and keeps it blank or fills it with incorrect data, so we need to check for errors in the data before submission. except for that, there are not many flaws or improvements required in this application.
