Native CRM & MAP integration means form data lands exactly where it needs to with no middleware or sync headaches, and the form-building is flexible enough to handle everything from simple gated content to more complex progressive profiling without needing dev support every time. It genuinely reduces the number of moving parts in the marketing stack, which makes my life in MOPS a lot easier. The team behind it is also responsive and actually understands the marketing ops use case, which you don't always get. **What do you dislike about Formulayt?** Very little to complain about. The one area I'd love to see keep improving is the depth of self-serve documentation. Occasionally for a more advanced or edge-case setup I'd reach out to support rather than finding the answer myself, though to be fair their support is quick enough that it's never been a real blocker. **What problems is Formulayt solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefit is mostly time and trust. I spend far less time troubleshooting broken syncs or chasing mismatched data, and the wider team trusts the lead data more because it isn't being mangled in transit. It also gives us much tighter control over consent and data capture at the point of collection, which matters a lot for staying on the right side of GDPR. ### 2. The options feel limitless. **What do you dislike about Formulayt?** Maybe tips would be useful on the extensive prepopulation sources available for fields. **What problems is Formulayt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Formulayt is a powerful form management tool that allows for centralized configuration of common aspects across your forms, from disclaimer message standardardization, advanced rules to govern how fields behave or show to seamless integration with a myriad of renown apps in the web landscape. This has helped us standardise our compliance legal messaging and integrate with our Marketing Automation Platform and with external app for direct lead creation in the CRM for example ### 3. It offers advanced features, easy-to-build automation, and a better UX for site visitors. On top of that, we can roll out changes across the entire site in minutes—updates that used to take weeks. This has made it much easier to manage our increasingly complex, fast-moving compliance and marketing needs. **What do you dislike about Formulayt?** The only thing we still struggle with is building extremely custom forms outside of traditional lead gen. Things like referral forms, event surveys, and other form types that don’t align with a standard lead gen model usually still end up being handled with other tools. **What problems is Formulayt solving and how is that benefiting you?** We no longer need to rely on custom JavaScript to manage our forms, and we can now make quick updates across our entire set of websites. We also were able to integrate with multiple Marketing automation systems with dynamic routing. ### 4. The platform itself is also very simple to navigate and use **What do you dislike about Formulayt?** The only issues we have encountered so far is the time out issues, if not quick enough on saving a gate, it can time out and lose the whole thing. This has been an issue with coaching others on how to use the platform **What problems is Formulayt solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has allowed to us uniform forms, pre-populate fields, and give back control of how we are capturing data. This feeds in perfectly with the platforms we are already using. ### 5. This allows us control over the data points we need in our automation database, and makes it easy for system-wide updates. **What do you dislike about Formulayt?** To be honest, we haven't really found any downside or limitations so far, in our use of the product. If we have a need or an issue, we've reached out to our CSM and they've been quick and helpful in providing a solution. **What problems is Formulayt solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is allowing us to keep our forms/gates in one centralized place, which both our web team and our marketing ops can access and make updates; it removes the silos we had when managing web forms.
