The ability of the tool to quickly produce formulas plus give an explanation behind complex formulas when learning! Have been using the tool for everything, from creating formulas for huge dirty data cleaning to understanding the logic behind a set of advanced formulas like combinations of Vlookup, Concatenate and VBA. Also, love that they have started providing help for SQL as well. As an analyst, I have been juggling multiple data sets and various languages; hence, with formula bot, I get a sense of relief whenever a tricky task comes in! Lastly, the "spreadsheet maker" feature is fantastic. Whenever I want to brush up on my Excel skills or give junior employees some example files, the formula bot helps create a dummy file per your specific requirement! Initially, when testing the tool, I wanted to ensure it does everything it promises on its website plus as per my requirements. However, having five credits made it difficult to test that out. Post usage, I sometimes find the tool to be a little clunky, like sometimes it doesn't give accurate responses to the query I asked. I like best that I can toggle between excel and google sheets. We are an org that uses both, and as you may know, excel and google sheets are like 90% similiar but have some key differences. So you can give this bot the same instructions for a formula for excel and then google sheets (most of the time it will be the same, but in those cases it's not, it's really helpful). My only dislike is I wish it would identify when the formula you want is "not worth the hassle" - ie: you should just change the configuration of your data or try something else. I have asked the bot for a formula that I thought wasn't going to be worth putting in a cell (would get too complicated because I needed to add a cell in every fifth column from A to like ZZ) and it spit out like a 25 line formula. It saves me a lot of time googling and trying to find a good starting place when I'm beginning to build a new formula. I typically spend about 3-5 minutes googling formulas or troubleshooting formulas when I'm trying to write a complicated formula. This bot helps me skip that - I just tell the bot what I'm trying to do. Normally, the formula is perfect. If it's not, I have already saved about 10 minutes in research and getting started. I am very pleased with the Excel formulabot tool. It is helping me in my daily job routine. Only I am concerned with typing logic for complicated formulae or formulae with 4 to 5 test conditions as if the written logic is not right the formula won't be right too.
