FormTab fillable forms are a form software solution for teams. The forms are able to be tailored to requirements via the web form builder - and deployed to your team members, who fill forms on the app and submit back to the cloud for real-time reporting. FormTab was born in the aftermath of the 2010 Canterbury earthquake designed to address the unprecedented levels of data and paperwork challenges that existing technology could not address.
