Formstack has helped us get our clients' documents to them for their signatures! They make it super easy to sign a document and return it promptly. Just click to sign! Formstack was also one of the most affordable signature platforms that I could find. Formstack makes the signing process very simple and easy to learn if it's your first time. They have upgraded their look since we joined, and it undoubtedly looks much more congenial and makes it much more straightforward to navigate their website. They also offer the ability to create multiple templates. Their multiple document upload features are very nice when I want to send one email for signatures to a client instead of two or three separate emails. I couldn't be happier with the service I've received from Formstack. Their customer service is quite excellent. They were always prompt in responding and resolving any issues I had. The few times I had to deal with a billing issue, the billing staff was speedy to respond & resolve my issues. Responsive customer service is very important when running a business, and Formstack has that covered!

Formstack's main disadvantage is that you cannot use the same email for a spouse's signatures on the first send. So if your client only has one email, you can only get one signature at a time. Sometimes the lining of the signature placement is off if you don't know how/where to place the signature boxes so that the signatures appear on the line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no support for this product, we've submitted a problem involving authentication using the API to the support multiple times. When we actually could get the support team to respond after multiple attempts, they pushed us off to "Professional Services" who wanted to charge us $400/hr for what amounts to an issue with logging into the API.

I was able to get a call with someone on the sales team, his initial response was "wow, I'm surprised you're still a customer" Were we not already pretty tied to the Formstack Forms product, I assure you that we would not be. I like that I can load a template for commonly used documents. It makes mapping the document much quicker, especially things like applications where there are lots of blanks to fill in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I prefer Formstack over other e-signature providers because it's easy for the client, no passwords are required to log in. Also, I love that it has the helpful feature to take them to the spot they need to sign. On top of that, I love that I can type text and that the program remembers contact information. There have been many times when the website has been "down." The most significant change and the reason we want to switch software is the printer function has been removed. You no longer can print to Formstack. You have to save and then upload it or drag and drop, which wastes time and is not convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
