We use it departmentally, from PTO requests to equipment orders and it’s held up even with the busiest of times. I particularly like how the approval routing is automatic and will send forms to the right person without us having to hand them off manually. We’ve made our admin process much more dependable that’s. **What do you dislike about Formstack Forms?** What I dislike about Formstack Forms is that sometimes it takes Forms a long time to update when we need to edit the bulk of them. If we have ten forms and we need to perform the same change on all of them, the process becomes tiring and tedious. It has slowed us down while we’re auditing during an audit or though a company wide update, and we haven’t been able to keep up consistency with all our processes. **What problems is Formstack Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** Formstack Forms has yielded a decrease in the details usually missed by us in our day-to-day tasks. Before that, people would send us requests missing key information and that would slow everything down. At this stage, everything is captured up front. As HR and operations team aren’t chasing up every field that they forgot to fill out, it makes them more efficient. More time is freed up now for strategic projects rather than form issues. ### 2. We have utilized Formstack to convert nearly all of these processes to a more streamlined, paperless format that is intuitive and familiar. Forms performance can easily be checked and tracked with advanced analytics. **What do you dislike about Formstack Forms?** When creating large and big forms, I find it a little bit slow and unresponsive on some steps of form filling. **What problems is Formstack Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** We utilize Formstack for building Forms for collecting useful data from our customers and clients and I find it highly secure and reliable. There are lot's of options for question types and data, which I love! **What do you dislike about Formstack Forms?** I truly don't think there are a lot of downsides to using Formstack Forms. We use Forms all the time and rarely have issues! **What problems is Formstack Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't have to use paper and pencil anymore, and all of our data is stored in one place. I Cannot set up the dates the way I want (ex.: I need some fields with year only; the part for address (And others too) specifically the field for postal code always makes my customers confused once it all reds out when you start filling it out - gives a terrible feeling and the impression customer is doing sth wrong (but they barely started to fill it out) option to upload documents should be more practical than adding it several times - make an option that simply says "add more documents" if the client needs to upload more than one doc the encryption thing does not let us collect data such as incomplete forms (please solve it) option to save the form should constantly be showing on the form, not only at the end - so people understand they can save that **What problems is Formstack Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** I collect info/data from clients and use them to apply for insurance. ### 7.
