Learning Curve **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2025 **What do you like best about Formstack for Salesforce?** The ability to integrate a form program at all. It does have some helpful features. Customer Support is responsive. **What do you dislike about Formstack for Salesforce?** Lack of functionality in a user friendly manner based on the Admin. There seems to be a lot less functionality compared to standard Formstack, and the communication between systems is problematic. One of my biggest complaints is that the design settings/interface are outdated and overly complex. Although customer support is responsive, they only answer emails and there is often much lost in translation. **What problems is Formstack for Salesforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allowed me to integrate a survey system previously external. Now all of our surveys are attached to the appropriate records in Salesforce and are easily reported. ### 2. More features needed around advanced customization, so that coding won't be required. - The functionality for prefilling existing records needs better error handling, even if one record has an issue the entire prefill fails. An option to proceed with successful records and view the failed records along with failure reason would be better. - Styling interface could use a revamp **What problems is Formstack for Salesforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** For capturing data from vendors For internal document generation ### 3.
