Document Generation: Our proposal/quote documents are generated directly from CRM and sent to the customer for signing. Once signed, CRM is automatically updated. This is great from a user, staff and customer experience perspective. We also generate our own our barcodes and tickets. Event RSVP Forms + Comms Preference Forms: Thanks to Formstack, we are able to create a seemless RSVP for for the events we create throughout CRM.
