"Longtime user and still finding new applications"

What do you like best about Formstack Documents?

Formstack automates so much of our back office now it's hard to imagine being able to fuction without it. We have integrations with at least 10 different applications all made possible by Formstack. We have been using it as a core part of our stack for about 8 years. I have been satisfied with the support i have received as well, and the team generally seems very willing to help. Slight learning curve, but we really don't have any issues or complaints at all! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Formstack Documents solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need a way to send automatically generated documents to our end user and it has to come from our custom built software solution, and we have 10 different documents depending on the situation for the customer. Through the API, we trigger a document that then sends to Adobe Sign to get a signature with all the correct details already in the document. Saves us a ton of time in document creation, formatting, and getting signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formstack Documents?

The integration with salesforce does not have good aesthetics out of the box. The customer service is somewhat limited unless you buy a bigger package, no video chat support for my level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Formstack Documents?

What is most helpful with formstack is the ease of creating any form, collecting data, reimbursement etc. If you can think of it, formstack can do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formstack Documents?

Linking the combine document into 1 PDF feature can be difficult to figure out and if you make a slight change it will mess up your merge but other than that it is pretty user friendly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Formstack Documents?

Use the comple Formstack Document suite... and the easy use to generate documents from Forms and workflow is Great. The customer Support is also great and fast! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formstack Documents?

The document editor to create templates is not complete foolproof. If you create an mergefield with not the correct markers (e.g. $)... it gives an errer on the top of the document and you should search in the document where the error occurs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Formstack Documents?

Formstack Documents is very easy to use and you are able to have it sent to a person or a shared drive which makes it easy when multiple folks need the documents. We use formstack documents for HR, IRB, Withdrawal Forms, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formstack Documents?

Need to support across the globe which is not happening. I work from India and in IST time zone. Its very difficult to get connected over your technical support team as there is different day light settings. Instead of exchanging mails for support it would be best if any one gets connected over teams / skype / zoom would help to address the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
