Formstack Documents (formerly WebMerge) software is likely to be the best workplace for managing all the official documents and important data unification easily.

The workflow and processing of the app is so great and having a very easy UI to use and operate. With this it is very easy to convert multiple file formats to PDF format. And gives you capability for working on number of tabs and projects at one time. whhich saves a lot of time for users.

This is very flexible to integrate with google apps and storing services so easily, allows to manage and save the data on google clouds, drives that make it easily access at anytime, become so easy when multiple users want the data.

Sharing and file transfering ability of the software is too amazing, make it possible to share the work or documnets within your team or to others also.

Withdrawing or extracting data from other web pages, platforms and organising and gathering in the proficient document format, there are literally so many template designs available on this platform for quick and fast preparation and creation of docs.

This also gives flexibilty to merge multiple datasets, sheets, multiple PDfs so easily and creating one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its a great document management software, but one think that it does not allow is that it does not enables to edit or insert JPG pr images into the documents with ease, you can't resize the image, orchange the orientation of the JPG file according to the document or PDF. We switched to Formstack Documents from much more expensive solution and cut our costs in half. The transition was seamless and the support team was very helpful with helping us get our documents properly configured. I have had to reach out to Support a few times since the initial transition and they are very responsive and were able to help resolve any isuses quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there were more merges included in the Starter plan. We occastionally get close to or up to our document merge limit on the Starter plan (150 merges). We would be more comfortable with a 200 document merge limit but the cost to add 50 more merges as an add-on is simply too high and would bring our cost per merge up to around $0.70. For context, we are currently paying around $0.64/merge. The teams plan is a much better deal at $0.36/merge (limit of 500/month) but it would double our cost and we would not come close to using 500/month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The product is great and we use it a ton. It has been so helpful to be able to generate documents of our forms that are rich, formatted and clean. The coding is intuitive and the ease of use is really awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Two things - 1) Support is slow and usually not helpful - i've had several cases take days to hear back on and often get bad responses where I have to coach the support agents on how to handle the case. 2) The formula options for calculating fields, especially with tables/lists is not that great. It's created a number of pain points for our team that we've had to go to great lenghts to overcome Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Formstack Documents gives a creator quite a bit of flexibility to create the appropriate document package as desired. This can be customized based on results of the formstack form submissions. It also allows you to integrate for delivery of the document package with third parties such as Docusign. Set up is relatively easy as long as the user is paying attention. I really don't have any major complaints with Formstack Documents. We've been using for a few years now and the document piece works well. We did find one minor item when leveraging the integration with Docusign where I couldn't determine how to add a certain type of authenitcation to the envelope, but it was not a deal breaker at all. Formstack Documents is such a user friendly tool. Most of our customers are not tech saavy and their easy clicks not code model makes it so that my customers can use this tool seemlessly. In addition, the formstack team is super helpful and easiily accessible to answer our questions and assist with setting up our documents.

We have used several other form tools via our customers and we find this one to be the easiest to setup, use and get support from. We recommend this product to all of our clients looking for a documents solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We sometimes find all of the steps complicated when it comes to uploading your own document template. The downloading and uploading of the document with the merge tags can be cumbersome, but once you set it up it works great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
