Way too expensive **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2023 **What do you like best about Formstack Documents?** I can connect Formstack to Zapier, which allows me to automatically fill out PDF templates and send them to clients without having to do anything manually. **What do you dislike about Formstack Documents?** The price was quite high for what we needed before they changed the pricing, Now the price was tripled which makes it useless for us. We also found way cheaper solutions (who cost even less than the price of Formstack before they changed their pricing). Otherwise.. the UI of Formstack Documents could be renewed. Sometimes its hard to find what I need. **What problems is Formstack Documents solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can send some form data from a website form to formstack and let formstack generate a PDF out of a PDF-template and send the filled out PDF to both the user who filled out the form and me. **Official Response from Caitlin Collis:** > We appreciate your feedback and take it seriously.
