**What do you like best about FormsPlus?**

Highly customizable solutions for both forms (including look-and-feel) as well as workflow.   Have done some pretty conplex things using FormsPlus.

**What do you dislike about FormsPlus?**

UI can be confusing to navigate at first.   Spotty user support depending upon who you get on the phone.

**Recommendations to others considering FormsPlus:**

Read the white papers about this software and its applications, as well as the system documentation.

**What problems is FormsPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dynamic questions appearing based on “display conditions” (ie, if other questions further up on the form are answered a certain way).

Built-in workflows around completed forms.

**What do you like best about FormsPlus?**

The company  offers a state-of-the-art policy issuance & administration system by using FormsPlus. It helps us with lots of management issues like customer trends and customer evaluation services. The services offered by this product also manages our daily data analysis and kept us well updated.

**What do you dislike about FormsPlus?**

The product is unbelievable and I really can't hardly say something wrong about it. The loading time is sometime sluggish but after enough run time, it runs perfectly. 

**What problems is FormsPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

W're struggling on the administrative work because of the time consuming process we are doing previously. Formsplus helps us a lot on data processing.
