Formsort exceeded our expectations with its flexibility and customization options. Every time I had a question about achieving something specific, they already had that feature or a workaround to make it happen. The ability to conditionally redirect users after completing a form to different links using one setting, for example, was a pleasant surprise. I also like that it allows us to receive data from users during onboarding, even if they only partially complete the form. It makes follow-ups so much easier. Formsort has allowed us to launch our product in record time. The engineering work we needed was practically nil, which has saved us time and workforce. The range of options and functionality it offers is unmatched by any other tool I have worked with. *Very* feature rich! We had a pretty comprehensive use case that we needed to put together that integrated our SaaS service into a web form, alongside a series of systems integrations.
